Jessie Sheehan

Bio

Jessie Sheehan has been a contributing writer to the Food Network for over 5 years, writing stories about the how’s and why’s of many of our baking ingredients, and sometimes sharing baking recipes. She is a celebrated cookbook author, recipe developer, and baker as well as the self-proclaimed queen of “easy-peasy baking."

Her third cookbook, Snackable Bakes: 100 Easy-Peasy Recipes for Exceptionally Scrumptious Sweets and Treats, was named one of the best cookbooks of 2022 by The New York Times. Her fourth book, Salty, Cheesy, Herby Crispy Snackable Bakes, was published in the fall of 2024.
