One of the products of this rich culture is Keifer’s, a Greek restaurant. Keifer’s makes a wonderful gyro. This Greek sandwich consists of both Rotisserie lamb and beef slices, wrapped in specially made pita bread. It’s topped with fresh veggies and Tzatziki sauce. Feta dressing is placed on the side for dipping.
